The schedule is the point
On a shoot, food that arrives late is a problem for everyone. We cater to the call sheet rather than to our own convenience, and we come fully self-sufficient so a location without power, water or road access is not a reason to move the unit base.
What we bring
A kitchen that travels
Everything needed to cook properly on a site with nothing on it. We have built a fully working commercial kitchen in a 6m by 6m pagoda tent, with range ovens, catering washing sections, refrigeration and heated gantries.

For anything complex we look at the space, the power and the access before the day.
